The applicant is requesting ap roval of a P anned Residential Development which
would create four duplexes on about 1.5 acres with attention being given to bene-
ficial placement of units in steep slope areas. The units will be placed so as to
allow a majority of the existing trees to remain and become incorporated into the
developments landscaping plan. The underlying zonings is RS 8(Single Family Resi-
dential on 8,OOO sq. foot lots).
7. Location of proposal
The sub ect property is located at the end of 83rd Ave. West, on the west side of
the road. The site currently supports a moderate tree growth of deciduous and
evergreens with light undergrowth. The land south of the site has been cleared•for
development. Land use to the east and east is residential on small lots (8,000 sq.
ft. )
