IL. Cannot relocate buildings because:
-l. Buildings would be too close together. for fire codes. Y'
2.: Would not allow a 20' area in front of buildings fora parked car.

3. No area for firetruck turn -around (as req. by Fire Marshall).
i. a Save only 2 additional trees.
5. Topography not adaptable to building design without extensive
grading in that area.
6. Not a good traffic flow pattern.
