the process of evaluating a project.

an environmental impact statement. If an impact statement is
not
required, a
Statement of lNegative Declaration will be placed in the file.
1-f-an impact statement is required, a draft statement must be filed with this
office, public notice given and a review period of 30*days allowed. The final
statement and comments must be filed 0th the Department of Ecology, Office of
the Governor and the Ecological Commission.
