The unfavorable shape of the subject tract renders it difficult for subdivision and development in compliance with standard requirements. Turnaround to be paved to standard full width, and concrete curb constructed on the south and west sides thereof. d. Approved sanitary sewer facilities to be constructed for service to all lots within the proposed subdivision. e. A 4-inch cast iron water main and one fi4ydrant to be installed in the new street right-of-way. f. Satisfactory street drainage to be provided, subject to approval by the City Engineer.
