Specific concern relating to the conceptional plan of PRD-1-79 (revision . Y 3/25/79) is that it is not in conformance with RS-8000 zoning.{{ -Although.no Environmental Impact Statement is required for PRD-1-79, ' the environmental checklist prepared by the applicant is non-specific; and questionable in view of existing problems and additional problems it will create. Proper sizing of storm drainage and detention facilities. 4. Potential runoff and subsequent damage to homes across Shell Valley Road. S. t_ 5. Impact of additional traffic demands on existing single. access to Shell Valley. 6. General compliance with the covenants, conditions, and res- tractions of Shell Park to assure compatibility within the Shell Valley area.
