Gentlemen:
The above -captioned Plat has been carefully studied by the undersigned and it is
recommended that acceptance be given, subject to the following stipulations:
1) Dedication of 20 feet for street purposes, for a distance of 262
feet south of Main Street to the north boundary -of the proposed
Plat. The west one (1) foot by 262 feet to be handed over in
escrow to the City Attorney.
2)' Dedication of 25 feet for street purposes, for a distance of 350
feet within the west boundary of the proposed Plat. The west
one (1) foot to be handed over in escrow to the City Attorney.
3) A one (1) foot by 50 feet strip on the west end of the east -west
street to be handed over in escrow to the City Attorney.
4) Installation of a Ott C.I.'water main and one hydrant at.the inter-
section of streets within the Plat.
5) Installation of curb and gutter and asphalt pavement. Curbs and
gutter to be installed on the east side of the north and south
street within the Plat, and both north and south sides of the
east -west street within the Plat. Pavement to be 18 feet wide on
the north -south street within that Plat, and 36 feet wide on the
east -west street.
