Re Proposed .Plat of Tormy

Gentlemen:.
The above captioned plat has been given a : cursory reviex by tbe
City Engineer. A review of the subject plat and a proposed adjo3g
plat, Hill Park (P-5-62), points out that there is a requireri6nt fpr
integrating the proposed street system for the two plats and adja t #
properties. It is, therefore, reco*ended that action on the &4jaot a
plat be held on abeyance until a street system plan has,been dove l Ind
and approved for the area.
In the event the subject plat is approved, it is requested that
it be approved subject to the following:
1. A six-inch water line with appurtenances be installed
in Tract "Alt in private road with a four -inch fire
hydrant with pumper installed in the southern end of
the six-inch water line,
2. Install all necessary storm sewers and drainage facilities
per drainage plan. Where drainage is across adjacent pri-
vate property, necessary release of damages or release of
drainage easements must be -furnished. Any drainage problems
created by change in contour during plat development must
be corrected prior to plat approval or release of plat bond.
Final approval of plat (or release of plat bond) will be
withheld until actual drainage as installed has been inspeo^
ted by the City Engineer.
