B. The utilities to the area are deficient; specifically � `

water mains, sewers and streets. �,,

C. It is recommended that any action on subject Plat be �"
held in advance pending development of adequate i��
water main and sewer main plans for the area; and �'
also the street right-of-way plans as Hindley Lane,
8th Avenue and Melody Lane right-of-ways do not -
meet the City's standards of 50 feet for residential
areas.
If the Plat is approved, it is requested that the approval
stipulate the following engineering requirements:
1. A six-inch C.I. water line with appurtenances be
installed in Melody Lane from 8th Avenue to 7th
Avenue and in 7th Avenue from Melody Lane to
Puget Place, and in Puget Place from 7th Avenue
to the end of the cul-de-sac.
