01445A four -inch fire hydrant with pumper be installed at the intersection of Puget Place and 7th Avenue North and a blow -off on the water line in the cul-de-sac on the west end. 2. Install all necessary storm sewers and drainage facilities per drainage plan. Where drainage is across adjacent private property, necessary release of damages or release of drainage easements must be furnished° Any drainage problems created by change of contour duri ng plat de velopment ment mu st be corrected prior to plat approval or release of plat bond.' Final approval of plat (or release of plat bond) will be withheld until actual drainage as installed has been inspected by the City Engineer. 3. Puget Place be paved to a width of 36 feet with the construction of curbs, gutters and sidewalks. Curbs, gutters.and sidewalks be provided on the north side of Melody Lane adjacent to Lots 2 and 3 and on the west side of 7th Avenue North adjacent to Lots 1 and 2. All driveway entrances to be constructed of Portland Cement concrete and in conformance with the City of Edmonds standards. No paving or construction to be performed in the city right-of-way without prior notice to the City Engineer. 4. It is further recommended that dedications be obtained to provide a 50 foot right-of-way on 7th Avenue North between Melody Lane and Puget Place. 5.
