CITY OF EDMO DS Snohomish County, Washington August 17, 1966 Re: Proposed Plat of Lindell Heights The above captioned Plat has been given a review by the City PROSPWT 6-1107 A review of the subject Plat and adjoining property points out a requirement for integrating the street systems in the area to i provide additional through.streets. In addition, the private road, as indicated in the Plat, cannot be accepted by the City since it .does not meet the City Code requirements for right-of-way widths or street widths. t . 1 i The water lines on a private road would have to be installed from 176th Street S.W. to each individual lot. It is desirable that for the number of lots in this Plat., a 6-inch water main with a fire -hydrant be provided in the road right-of-way in lieu of individual service lines. 1 The lot dimensions do not conform to the minimum depth require- ment of 100 feet as specified in the City Code. In view of the nonconformance to the City Code and the inadequacief of the street system in the Plat and in the adjacent area, it is recommended that subject Plat not be approved at this time.
