Mr. Earl Johnson, 19221 - 88th W., felt that there should be consideration for adequate play area and adequate parking and access for the building. It was explained that a hearing on this Condominium apartment building had been held on October 19, 1966;that the property was zoned for an apartment building, and that hearings were being held because it was a Condominium and therefore treated as a plat, allowing the City to require full improvements of surrounding right-of-way, together with certain other engineering requirements; and that this hearing was being held because of the provision of the zoning ordinance which says that if 50% or more of the required land area for an additional apartment unit is available, then that unit may be built subject to the grant of a conditional use permit. Mr. Johnson was assured that there was adequate parking and access, together with a central courtyard.
