Dear Ms. Block:
After meeting with both the Planning and Engineering Departments on
the proposed .plat of Forest Ridge, it is apparent that due to the relatively
number of existing evergreen trees this
steep topographyydensity and the
site would be better suited to a P. R. D. type development.
Therefore, we would like to formally withdraw our preliminary plat
from this month's Planning Commissions hearing. agenda.
We will be submitting a revised 7-lot P. R. D. on this parcel shortly.
