The Engineering Division'of Public Works has the following comments to of-
fer pertaining to the hearings scheduled for the November.12, 1980 Plan-
ning Commission meeting:

SM-3-80 CITY OF EDMONDS - Shoreline Management Permit for the develop-
ment of Union Oil Park located at the southern terminus of
Union Oil Park at the south end of Admiral Way within Govern-
ment Lot 1 and of Tideland, Lot 1, in Section 26, Township 27
North, Range 3 East W.M. CONTINUED FROM OCTOBER 22, 1980.
Engineering has no objection.
AGENDA
SM-4-80 CITY OF EDMONDS - Shoreline Management Permit for the develop-
ment of waterfront improvement program at the western terminus
of Dayton Street and Union Oil Marsh.
Engineering has no objection.

The data submitted is good for cursory conceptual review only.
Additional'*data will be required for further preliminary review. The fol-
lowing are preliminary engineering requirements and comments )nly:
1) A 10 foot right-of-way dedication will be required along
Meadowdale Beach Road and along 72nd Ave. W. per O.F.S.M.
2) A minimum of 22 feet of pavement is required if a private
road. Turnaround on site is required.
3) Concrete curbs and gutters with.a,5' concrete sidewalk will
also be required.
