1. Duane Bowman introduced the city's response to the project and stated
the planning department had no recommendations and wanted the planning
commission to give project direction.
2. Bilder introduced the project and explained his motivation for the
project development to the community.
3. Forsander presented the planning and design concept.
4. The meeting was then opened for public comment.
