o Wants Planning Commission to give the developer direction.:
o Planning Department would not recommend -an environmental
evaluation (eg: declaration of significance or
non -significance.) until further plans are developed. If the,
staff had to make a threshold determination now on the
information provided, it would make a finding of significance
(EIS required).

o Concered about insuring all roads will be within allowable grades
and that the developer will maintain them.
.o Wanted to know if the sewer hook ups were in order. The City
Engineer confirmed that the water and sewer hook up were
allowable (for 15 units).

o The neighborhood would benefit from the project.

o The units should be as far apart as possible.
o The development looks very good.
o The roads should be designed so that they minimize impact on the
site.
