Hello,
We are in the process of trying to close out the single family residences and subdivision at the
Pineview short plat. As you know, this was Jennifer’s project, and so we are doing our best to pick
this up and get everything closed out. Jennifer had sent a correction notice on January 16, 2015
identifying items that needed to be complete prior to final. We have been able to confirm that
most of these items have been addressed. Three items still need attention, however.
1)Thank you for submitting an asbuilt to the City. We have not yet had an opportunity to review
the asbuilt and although we will keep this on our list of things to do, this will not hold up close
out of the project.
2)A pavement compaction test report was to be submitted to the City. It is likely this was already
provided to Jennifer, however, I have not seen a copy of the report. Could you please forward
this to me?
3)A report from the engineer regarding installation of the permeable driveways was requested.
Again, it is likely this was already provided to Jennifer, however, I do not have a copy. Please
provide.
I will final the single family building permits for Engineering and will carry the above items forward
under the subdivision.
