During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
1.The drainage plan and calcs are currently being reviewed by Don Fiene. Any comments will follow this plan
correction.
2.The storm detention system appears to have been designed for collection of impervious surface area only.
Show the connection point to the storm system for the following:
The rockery drains shall connect to the outfall of the detention system.
The house footing drains shall connect to the outfall of the detention system.
3.Please submit a request for waiver from the required maximum driveway slope of 14% per the ECDC, for the
section of driveway that exceeds 14%. Please provide an explanation (site constraints, house elevations,
grading qty’s etc.) as to why the 14% maximum cannot be maintained. The proposed driveway slope shall
not exceed 20%.
4.Show the location of the sanitary side sewer from the main to the house. A 6” cleanout will be required at
the property line with a 12” locking cast iron lamphole cover.
5.Show the location of the water service line from the meter to the house.
6.Please note that the end of the extruded curb shall be tapered, per City of Edmonds standards.
7.A Meadowdale Landslide Hazard Area Resotration bond in the amount of $50,000 is required to be posted
prior to issuance of this permit.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
