I have the Encroachment Permit application for you and will put it in the mail today.
Please call me if you have any questions once you receive the information.
The encroachment agreement is a 4 -page document that gets recorded at Snohomish County.
Please be sure to print legibly and stay outside the margin areas. Exhibit A will be the
legal description of your property and is only needed if the legal cannot fit within the
space provided on the form. Exhibit B is to show the area of the encroachment. Please be
sure all exhibits have a 1" margin.
Hope your holidays are great. Our office is closed tomorrow and Monday and then I am on
vacation until after the New Year. Talk with you then!
