The resubmitted drawings have been reviewed but cannot be completed because only numbers 1 has been
addressed. Once the corrections have been made, please resubmit two set of drawings for review.
Sheet 1
1. Install catch basins in gutter flow line at both ends of sidewalk.
2. Relocate culvert pipe under driveway east of property and connect to new cb.
3. Control cb to connect to cb at curb line.
4. Add note to redefine ditch line west of the site.
5. Relocate existing water meter to property line.
6. Show location of side sewer to the existing house.
7. Add sewer cleanout to new side sewer on the right-of-way side at the property line and at every 100’.
8. Yard drain detail: base of yard drain must be concrete.
9. Detention pipe bedding detail: minimum cover over ADS pipe is 2’.
10. Cb’s in City right-of-way shall be have vaned grates.
11. Add additional sidewalk behind mailboxes per City std detail.
Sheet 2
12. Provide downstream cb filter socks and erosion control measures in ditch line.
13. Clarify that adjustment bricks shall be concrete.
