During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:

6.CMP is not an allowable pipe material for the storm run proposed crossing the 174 Street right-of-way.
Also, this run of pipe shall be 12” not 8”. If 2’ of cover cannot be maintained, ductile iron pipe will be
required.
Pipe has been revised from 8” to 24”. Is this a typo? Only 12” is required and the plans can
o
be redlined to reflect this, I just wanted to make sure there wasn’t another reason for
specifying 24”.

Please clarify the arrangement of storm pipe and catchbasins along the south property line. It

appears as though the existing CB in the right-of-way will have a 2 inlets and 1 outlet. This would
include an inlet from the detention system for this SFR, an inlet from the detention of the SFR to the
east and an outfall to the CB further south in the ROW.
Only two i.e.’s have been provided.

It appears as though an outlet may be shown from the control structure to a direct pipe

connection to the south.
It is unclear what happens to the outfall pipe from the detention system of the SFR to the east as
o
it flows towards the west to the existing CB in the ROW.
