During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
1.Please contact Department of Fish and Wildlife to determine if an HPA permit is required for the proposed
fence construction in and around the stream area.
If Fish and Wildlife determines an HPA permit is not required, please provide this documentation to the City.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
