I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found that the
following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review can continue:
Landscaping Bid:
1. I apologize for not realizing this before, but I need a bid for the proposed new
landscaping and irrigation for this project. Please submit a written bid that includes the cost of the
landscaping materials and labor as soon as possible. I have signed off on all other aspects of your
building permit; I just need to calculate the landscaping inspection fee, which is calculated from your
bid.
Thank you for your cooperation. Please make all submittals to the Development Services Permit
Coordinator (Marie Harrison) Monday through Friday, 9am to noon or 1pm to 4pm. If you have any
