Dear Mr. Deisher:
I have reviewed your revised grading plan submitted on February 9, 2007 for the above
project for the Planning Division and it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review can continue:
1. Grading Plan: Your revised grading plan shows proposed grading beyond the top
of the steep slope. Please either revise the proposed grading so that no grading is
conducted past the top of the slope or submit a letter from your geotechnical
engineer stating that they have reviewed your proposed grading plan and that the
grading beyond the top of the slope as shown will not compromise the stability of
the slope and providing any necessary recommendations for ensuring slope
stability.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday
through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. If you have any questions, feel
