During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed:
1.Is there an already existing detention system with in this property? If one exists, please show. If one does
not, you shall detain all impervious surfaces over two thousand square feet. Please refer to the City of
Edmonds Development information handout #E72, (Storm Water Management). Please provide all the
required information as shown in the Standard Detention System Worksheet. Note that the connection of
this Detention System to the City’s storm system shall be required. When connecting to the City’s storm
system a minimum of one catch basin shall be required in order to intercept the Storm System.

2.You are showing the garage addition with a garage door facing 70 Pl W. Is it correct to assume you

plan to gain access off 70 Pl W.? If so, please show your intentions in the Site Plan.
