During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed:
1.Please show the TESC in the Site Plan. Please make sure to include standard detail E1.1, E1.2, and E1.3
2.The existing driveway shall not be used as a Stabilized Construction Entrance.
3.Is the water service line shown in the Site Plan proposed or existing? Please indicate. If this is a proposed
water service line and poly is used then a 12-gauge tracer wire shall be taped to the line every ten feet and
it shall be grounded at ends, the meter and the house.
4.Please show the limits of all existing easements within this property in the Site Plan, make sure to include
recording numbers.
5.The proposed sidesewer show in the site and drainage plan do not coincide. A 6-inch clean-out with
locking cast iron lamphole shall be installed at final grade at the easement line. A clean-out shall be
provided for each change of 90-degrees of grade or alignment. Please refer to Side Sewer Information
handout #E71.
6.Provide a Grading Plan. Make sure to include existing and proposed contour lines. This plan can be
combined with the Site and/or Storm Drainage Plans. Please include the bottom of footing elevations.
7.Please show the limits of the existing driveway in the Site Plan. Is there going to be a new driveway? If
so, include its surface area in the impervious surface calculation.
Included in the attachment is a PDF copy of the Storm Water Engineer’s comments for you to review
and/or provide to your Storm Water Engineer. If your Storm Water Engineer has any questions regarding
Damon’s, Storm Water Engineer, comments please have him/her contact Damon Roth.
