During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed:
1.Please provide the required Grading Plan. Refer to item #3 of the Permit Submittal Requirements.
2.You did not indicate the proposed location of the sewer clean-out. Refer to item #2 (h) of the Permit
Submittal Requirements. Please see sample Plot Plan for swimming pools. Direct connection of the pool’s
drainage to sewer clean-out shall not be permitted.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
contact me at 425-771-0220 if you have specific questions regarding these plan corrections.
