During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed:
1.You did not indicate the proposed location of the “REQUIRED” sewer clean-out for pool drainage
purposes. Refer to item #2 (h) of the Permit Submittal Requirements (#B75). Please see sample Plot Plan
for swimming pools. Pursuant to ECDC 19.00.005(c) (12), a means of disposal of the total contents of
the pools shall be provided for draining of treated water into the City sanitary sewer system.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
contact me at 425-771-0220 if you have specific questions regarding these plan corrections.
