During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed:
1.Please show in the Site plan all existing/future utilities that are/will be servicing this residence, i.e. water
line (include the type of material and tracer wire if poly is used), sidesewer (a 6-inch clean out w/ locking
cast iron lamphole cover shall be installed at final grade at the property line), power, phone, gas, cable,
etc.
2.Please show/indicate the minimum Temporary Erosion Sediment Control (TESC) in the site plan. Please
refer to Edmonds standard details E1.1, E1.2, and E1.3
Please resubmit three copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator.
