EDMONDS CENTER FOR THE ARTS SIGNS AT 410 -- 4TH AVE N
Dear Mr. Clifton:
During the Planning Division's review of the above building permit application, it was
found that an interpretation to the City's code will need to be made for signs located
within the Public Use zone. In addition, the proposal will need to go before the
Architectural Design Board (ADB) for design approval. Please submit $115 to the
Planning Division to cover the $100 ADB review fee and the $15 City surcharge.
Additionally, please submit eight sets of color drawings for the proposed signage. Please
provide these materials as soon as possible so that we may put your application on the
ADB agenda for October 4th
