Plan review comments from the City’s consultant were sent to you May 22, 2006 and have been attached
for reference. The City is awaiting response from you on the following items.
1.Please refer to comment #2 from the consultant. The drawings were revised to relect 12” instead of
16”, however they still show concrete footings. Please revise accordingly.
2.Please refer to comment #3 from the consultant. It does not appear as though the plans have been
revised to meet this requirement.
3.Please refer to comment #4 from the consultant. An 18 x 24 print, sealed & signed, has not been
provided.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. JoAnne
