CONTEMPRA SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE AT 8044 CYRUS PLACE
Dear Ms. Newman:
I have reviewed your resubmittal for the above building permit application for the Planning
Division and it was found that the following clarifications will need to be addressed before
review can continue:
Height Calculations:
1.Although the position of the proposed residence changed on the
resubmitted site plan, I noticed that the elevations of the four corners of the height rectangle
did not change. It appears that Point D would now be closer to 100’ instead of the stated
98.2’. It also appears that Points A and B might have changed slightly too. Please provide
the elevations of the four corners of the new height rectangle and correct the height
calculations as necessary.
Please redline plans or submit two sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a
written response to each of the above items. Please make all submittals to the Development
Services Permit Coordinator Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. If
