Please add the height calculations to the reduced copies of the site plan (A1.0) – this information is only shown on the large copy of the site plan. Feel free to simply redline this information. Datum Point: 2. What did you use as the datum point for the height calculations? And, what is its elevation? This information may already be on the site plan and I just didn’t see it – if it is, just call me and let me know where to look. Otherwise, please add this information to the site plan. ADU Statement: 3. Thank you for submitting a “Statement on Accessory Dwelling Units” for recording due to the second kitchen in the dwelling unit. Usually, these statements are recorded on legal size paper because of the Auditor’s strict requirements for ‘bordering’ and margins. I sent this up to the County for recording, but if for some reason they don’t feel it meets their recording requirements, please be prepared to fill out another form to be recorded (attached) – obviously if they do not accept the version you submitted to us we are not going to charge you twice and it will not hold up your permit. Recorded Short Plat Map: 4. I did an online search and found that you recorded the short plat under AFN 200608235004. When you receive your copy of the recorded short plat map, please submit two official large copies with all applicable signatures and the recording number written on it so we can consider file number S- 2005-45 “complete.” Elevations: 5. Thank you for showing the ‘Maximum Height’ (161.43) on page A3.1 of the plans. Please redline this sheet to also show the ‘Average Grade’ (136.43) and the ‘Actual Height’ (161.43).
