I noticed that the Building Division requested corrections to the site plan. I will await these corrections as well, and will check the corrections to make sure that th the proposed stairs still meet the required 20 foot street setback from 7 Avenue South. Lot Coverage: 2.According to ECDC 21.15.110, lot coverage is defined as the total ground coverage of all buildings and structures on a site. This includes decks and Please indicate on the site plan which portions of the stairs over three feet in height. proposed deck and stairs are over three feet in height. In addition, lot coverage calculations need to be submitted since the proposed stairs increase the amount of coverage from what is existing. All portions of the proposed deck and stairs that are over three feet in height must be included in lot coverage calculations. Please redline plans or submit two sets of revised plans/documents (affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items.
