The subject application has been reviewed but cannot be completed until the following items have been
addressed/corrected. Please resubmit 3 sets of revised drawings to a Development Services Permit
Coordinator.
Sheet 4E
1. If the rockeries have been changed to concrete retaining walls, remove the rockery details and show the concrete
retaining wall details, submit the design and calculations (if not already done so).
Sheet 4F
2. Near and left of section line f-f, the plan view shows a retaining wall crossing the ada sidewalk. The top of wall
elevation elev is 123 and the spot elevation on the ada sidewalk ,to the south of the section line, is 121.5.
3. The ada slope from the walk , at the retaining wall, to the lobby (L3) at building 7 is 13.4% and not 4% as shown.
4. Please verify the driveway slope into building 6. I calculate the slope at 9.7%.

5. How will the ADS yard drains be maintained if the invert grades are 6’ deep?

6. When the change in the 12” water main location was submitted, the approved drawings, dated 7 Jan 05, were
marked to show the installation of an air vac on the main approximately 25’ south west of the tie in point to the
loop road. Based on the drawing currently submitted, no air vac is shown. If an air vac was not installed, add it to
the drawing and place it 30’ left. Also install the 4” fire line 23’ left of the 12” tie in point. Install a 4” tapping tee
and valve install of the normal tee.
7. Sta 6+63.61: change to 4” tapping tee and valve.
