Good afternoon Elliot,
Please see the email below for a list of corrections pertaining to the fire line for the 155 3rd Ave building. The Fire
inspector confirmed the hydro and flush tests were approved.
Our Planning Division has confirmed that a landscape maintenance bond will be required at the end of the
project.
The Engineering Division will not be requiring a maintenance bond for the frontage improvements.
I think this answers the questions you had from the other day. Please let me know if there's anything else.

DCDA needs a ECR/WP wall mount remote senus meter.
Must run wire thru wall and mount on outside of building.
Have DCDA tested by state Certified BAT tester.
Have reports sent to me.

Elliot Shaw was in our office yesterday trying to get a handle on any outstanding items that need to
be addressed prior to final occupancy. It looks like the main inspections on the fire connection
permit bld20061379 have been completed and the permit is showing as finaled, but I'm not sure if
the meter and remote read, backflow testing, etc. is complete. Can you please let me know the
status of this? The water meter record established for this is eng20080187.
