Dear Ms. Sager:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. The following
information is needed to review the application:
Height Calculations.
1. The site plan as submitted just needs a bit more
information to complete the requirements for height calculations. Please show
the math, i.e. points A + B + C + D, used to determine the average grade. Then
state the actual elevation and maximum elevation. If you need an example,
please let me know.
Elevation Views.
2. Please submit elevation views of the proposed change to the
existing deck. On the drawing, please identify and label the average grade,
maximum grade, and actual elevation for the proposal.
Ground Disturbance.
3. It is unclear from the plans if any ground will be
disturbed during the building phase. Please clarify.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through
Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Please provide 3 new copies of the revised site
plan and 2 copies of the elevation views. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at
