CEDAR STREET Dear Mr. Phillips: I have reviewed your resubmittal for the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found that the following corrections will need to be addressed before review can continue: 1. Setbacks: It was noted that a distance of 19'-7%" was shown on your site plan on the northeastern side of the lot. I am not sure what this distance is referring to, but it appears that it is referring to the distance from the northern property line to the proposed residence. Note, however, that the residence must be at least 20' from the northern property line. Therefore, please clarify what the 19'-7f/z" distance is referring to and show that the proposed residence will be at least 20' from the northern property line. Also, please show the supporting posts of the covered entry and provide the distance from the posts to the southern property line to ensure that the 20' setback from the southern property line will also be met. Please either submit three new copies of your site plan, one of which must be a reduced copy (8.5 by 14 inches or smaller), or you may redline the three copies that we currently have with the building permit application. Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
