RE: PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS FOR
MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AT POINT EDWARDS BUILDINGS 6 & 7
Dear Kelly,
I have reviewed the above building permit applications for the Planning Division. The following
information is needed to approve the application:
Elevation View.
1. The elevation view for Building 6 shows the parapet at the
elevation of 145.33’. However, the approved plans for the building show the parapet
at the elevation of 149. Please clarify. Was the building actually constructed lower
than originally planned?
Screening for RTU-309/Building 7
2. . The rooftop plans indicate that RTU-309 will
be located approximately 5 feet from the outer edge of the building. It appears that it
will extend approximately 3 feet above the parapet on the east side of the building.
This should not be a problem, but please provide a detail of what the actual screening
will look like.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator (Marie Harrison),
Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Please submit two copies of the
revised plans. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at (425) 771-0220 ext 1330. I
