MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AT POINT EDWARDS BUILDING 6 ONLY
Dear Kelly,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. As previously
requested, please respond to the following:
Elevation View.
The elevation view for Building 6 shows the parapet at the elevation of
145.33’. However, the approved plans for the building show the parapet at the elevation
of 149. Please clarify. Was the building actually constructed lower than originally
planned?
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator (Marie Harrison),
Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Please submit two copies of the
revised plans. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at (425) 771-0220 ext 1330. I
am typically in the office Mondays, Wednesdays, and every other Friday.
