Dear Mr. Keuss,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. The following
information is needed to approve the application:
SEPA Determination.
1. I need a copy of the SEPA Determination that includes this
project. It may have been done with the weather station project or perhaps the Port
Master Plan.
Landscape Bid
2. . Please submit a detailed bid for all of the proposed landscaping
improvements including installation, irrigation, etc. Once staff has approved the bid
amount, a performance bond or frozen fund account will be required.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator (Marie Harrison),
Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Please submit two copies of the
revised plans. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at (425) 771-0220 ext 1330. I
am in the office Mondays, Wednesdays, and until noon on Fridays. I look forward to working
