Dear Mr. Minster:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it
was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be
addressed before review can continue:
Height:
1. On the elevation view submitted with the application, please provide the
height of the building and the total height to the top of the mechanical equipment.
Screening:
2. According to ECDC 20.10.070.A.3, “Mechanical equipment or other
utility hardware on the roof, grounds or buildings should be screened from view.”
Please show how the new exhaust fans will be screened from view.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday
through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. If you have any questions, feel
