Before I can sign off on the permit, however, the following information needs to be clarified: 1. SEPA Review Complete: Due to the proposed grading for the project, a SEPA determination was required. Based on the information provided in the application and the associated SEPA checklist, a DNS was issued on November 27, 2007. No appeals were received. The applicant and the City have fulfilled the requirements for environmental review. 2. Landscape Easement: A 3’ retaining wall and additional 3’ fence is proposed to be placed within a landscape easement that runs along a portion of the southern boundary of the parcel. The easement is not identified or described on the survey map so I am not sure about its specifics. Please provide a copy of the easement language so that I can verify ownership and what activities are allowed by the easement. Please make all submittals to Marie Harrison, your Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
