Please refer to City of Edmonds standard detail E1.1, and E1.2 You may find this detail by visiting the City of Edmonds web www.ci.edmonds.wa.us site at and clicking on City Government-Development Services-Engineering Division and scroll down to handouts and forms. Please extend the proposed Filter Fabric Fence eastward along the north and south property lines. Show the required Construction Entrance. 2.Please show the water service line from the meter to the house. If poly is used for the water service line then, a 12-gauge tracer wire shall be taped to the line every 10-ft and it shall be grounded at the meter and the house. 3.Provide grading calculations and quantity. If your grading is greater than 500-cyd please contact the Planning Division for SEPA determination. 4.The existing sewer lateral is 4-in and in bad condition. Please show the new 6-in sewer lateral from the sewer main to the easement line and provide a 6-in sanitary sewer clean out at the easement line. Install per E6.4 5.Please show a 4-in sidesewer from the easement line to the house. Provide a 4-in cleanout 2-ft from the building. Install per E6.2 6.Please provide a cross section of the proposed driveway. 7.Please provide a Drainage Plan. The proposed impervious surface exceeds 5,000 sq-ft; therefore, the system must be designed and stamped by a licensed Engineer. See handout #E72.
