Dear Mr. Minogue:
Thank you for submitting the Accessory Dwelling Unit Statement for the subject residence. I
wasnt sure, however, if you filed it with the County or if you wanted the City to do so. If you
have taken care of it, please submit a copy of the statement indicating it has been accepted by
Snohomish County. Otherwise, I can record it but will have to charge a fee of $55 (the Countys
$40 recording fee plus a $15 City surcharge check payable to the City of Edmonds).
Please make any submittals to Theresa Umbaugh, your Development Services Permit
Coordinator, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm daily, except Wednesdays when the office is closed. If you
