Dear Mr. Holland:
I have reviewed your resubmittal for the above building permit application for the
Planning Division and it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed before review can continue:
Critical Areas Checklist:
1. Since construction of the proposed ramps involves
breaking ground on the subject property, a Critical Areas Checklist is required. I
was unable to find an existing critical areas determination on the subject property.
Therefore, please fill out and return the checklist that I faxed to you earlier today
along with the required $135 fee.If it is determined that the site contains a critical
area, the proposed ramps may be subject to the requirements of ECDC 23.40.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday
through Friday, excluding Wednesdays between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. If you have any
