NEW GARAGE
On behalf of the Planning Division, I have reviewed your permit application for a new
garage. I only need one minor item added to the site plan, in order to approve it. You
can come into our office and make the change to the site plan or provide new copies.
Please revise the site plan as listed below.
Datum Point
. Please add a permanent point of reference for the height
calculations, such as the top of a manhole cover or fire hydrant. It should be
whatever you used to base the height calculations from. Label the datum on the
site plan as +100.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday,
Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. If you have any questions, feel free
to contact me at 425.771.0220 ext 1223. I work a part-time schedule. If I am not
available, please ask to speak with the planner on duty.
