I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and found that the
following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review can
continue:
1. Critical Areas Checklist: The City does not have a Critical Areas Checklist on file for
this address. The Checklist is available on the City’s website (listed at top) under the
‘City Government’ tab and the ‘Development Services – Planning’ menu. Please
complete and submit the checklist along with the $135 critical area review fee.
Please make all submittals Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; we are closed Wednesdays.
