I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and found that the
following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review can
continue:
1.The City does not have a Critical Areas Checklist on file for

this address. The Checklist is available on the Citys website (listed at top) under the
City Government tab and the Development Services Planning menu. Please
complete and submit the checklist along with the $135 critical area review fee.
Please make all submittals Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; we are closed Wednesdays.
