Thank you for submitting a geotechnical report in support of the project. Before I can sign off on the permit, however, the following information needs to be clarified: 1. Street Setback. The new site plan submitted on 12/27/07 is unclear as to exactly how far the new decking is being constructed from your street property line. The old site plan submitted 12/11/07 indicated the distance to be approximately 32 feet but I wanted to confirm that is the case. Please redline the appropriate distance on the existing site plans or submit new copies showing the change. Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm – we are closed Wednesdays.
