G1.0 — COVER SHEET: 1. PROJECT DATA a. MAJOR APPLICABLE CODES - Change INTERNATIONAL to UNIFORM - Please see revised note 1, under General Notes, on the revised attached plan. - Add INTERNATIONAL EXISTING BUILDING CODE - Please see revised note 1, under General Notes, on the revised attached plan. b. OCCUPANTLOADS - CONFERENCE ROOM on the main level and the MECHANICAL STORAGE and PUMP ROOM on the basement level. - Please see the revised occupant loads under Project Data. - CONFERENCE and WAITING on the mezzanine level. - Please see the revised occupant loads under Project Data. c. PROJECT DESCRIPTION i. The services that will be provided by the tenant on the mezzanine is accounting services. ii. The exiting doors for the mezzanine, located on the main floor, will have panic devices in the direction of exiting. The doors from the banking area on the main floor also have panic devices in the direction of exiting. Those doors will be secured prior to and after banking hours so that customers to the accounting firm on the mezzanine cannot have access to the bank. 2. DRAWING INDEX — ARCHITECTURAL - The EXISTING MEZZANINE FLOOR PLAN sheet number was changed from AD1.0 to AD1.1 SP1.0 —SITE PLAN: 3. MAIN FLOOR PLAN - A new set of drinking fountains will be installed, at the existing drinking fountain location, that will meet both the accessible and standing spout height requirements.
